Pickup & Delivery

Most rentals are designed for convenient weekend pickup and return from Westminster. Delivery is available for an additional fee, and setup is available for select rentals. Just let us know what you need when you inquire.

Most customers choose convenient pickup from our Westminster location to keep rental costs low, but delivery is available if you'd rather leave the driving to us. We offer delivery throughout Westminster and the northwest Denver metro, with delivery fees based on location. If you're outside our standard service area, just ask! We'll let you know what's possible and provide a custom delivery quote if needed.

We're based in Westminster, Colorado, and proudly serve the northwest Denver metro area, including Broomfield, Arvada, Northglenn, Thornton, and surrounding communities. Delivery outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.

The sooner, the better—especially for birthdays and busy holiday weekends. That said, don't hesitate to reach out if your event is coming up quickly. If we have availability, we'll do our best to help make your celebration happen.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to reserve your rental date. The remaining balance is charged two days before pickup, and a temporary equipment authorization hold is placed on the day of pickup and released after everything is returned in good condition.

We understand that plans sometimes change. Reservation deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to reschedule, we'll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

Our standard rental period is a weekend rental, with pickup on Thursday or Friday and return on Monday. If you need a different timeframe, let us know—we're happy to discuss availability.

Absolutely! Every product on our website is available as a standalone rental. Whether you need a Nerf Battle Kit, a popcorn machine, or just a yard game for the weekend, we're happy to help.

Yes. Every rental includes simple setup and operating instructions, and treat machines also include quick-start guides and cleaning instructions to make everything as easy as possible.

Treat machine rentals include everything needed to operate the machine, but food supplies are sold separately. You can purchase convenient Treat Packs from us or provide your own supplies if you prefer.

Our Nerf Battle Kits and Water Battle Kits are designed primarily for outdoor use. Larger indoor spaces may work well for Nerf, but Water Battle Kits should always be used outdoors.
Returns & Safety

We ask that rentals be returned in the same general condition they were received. Simple cleanup—such as emptying machines, wiping surfaces, and returning all pieces to the provided bins—helps us prepare everything for the next celebration. Detailed cleaning instructions are included with every rental.

Please let us know as soon as possible if something is damaged or isn't working properly. We're happy to help troubleshoot problems during your rental whenever possible. Reporting issues promptly also helps us make sure every rental is ready for the next customer.

Yes. An adult is responsible for supervising all rentals and ensuring equipment is used safely and according to the provided instructions. For safety reasons, all treat machines must be operated by an adult at all times. Nerf Battle Kits and Water Battle Kits should also be actively supervised throughout play to help ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.
